GPT-6 Astra + Higgsfield · 30 Creative Examples and Prompts

Atomic Gains tests GPT-6 Astra as a creative orchestrator and connects it to Higgsfield to generate assets, build websites, create gesture games, edit video, produce motion graphics and transform references into editable 3D scenes. This guide organizes the 30 examples, distinguishes demos from official capabilities, and publishes, with credit, the seven full prompts found in the accompanying document.

Quick Summary

  • Credit: the tests, examples, concepts and prompt document belong to Jack of Atomic Gains. JQ VISIONS provides the supplementary research and editorial organization.
  • The video shows GPT-6 Astra taking on reasoning, code and orchestration, while Higgsfield generates images, video, audio and other assets. This division of responsibilities also appears in official Higgsfield documentation.
  • The 30 cases span six families: ads and websites, interactive experiences, gesture games, pre-production tools, plug-ins for creative software and 3D workflows.
  • Not all results are final production. The creator himself calls some games janky, points out the incorrect perspective on the GameBoy and rejects the first automatic assembly of a trailer.
  • Demonstrated access: ChatGPT Desktop with the Higgsfield plugin or Supercomputer within Higgsfield. Integrations, versions, and availability may change.
  • The official documentation lists integrations with Figma, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Blender, Minecraft, and a game builder. Plugins use Higgsfield plan credits.
  • For tasks that generate media or change projects, use Ask before generating. Autonomy reduces clicks, but does not replace cost approval, visual review, rights or version control.
  • The creator estimates he spent about $100 on ChatGPT and $100 on Higgsfield during testing, including experiments that didn't make it into the video. It is not a universal budget.
  • The attached PDF claims to contain eight prompts, but the structure and content shows seven complete blocks: Commercial, 3D Gallery, GameBoy 3D, WRONG CABLE, DEAD BAND, Arc Game, and Animation Style Lab.
  • The two public apps indicated in the document are Clay Pottery Game and FernFlight. Links and availability belong to the creator and may change.

--what to try first

  • Use Astra to break down, build, test, and review, not just write a prompt.
  • Explicitly assign logic to Astra and media generation to Higgsfield.
  • Start with a small prototype before committing too many assets or a long render.
  • Maintain human approval for paid generation and creative software changes.
  • Request editable files, source code, README and configurable constants.
  • Separate the proof of concept from the finishing required for production.
  • Test camera, gestures and performance on real devices, not just the demo.
  • Use references and invariants for products, characters and visual identity.
  • Save prompts, templates, cost, versions, and source files by experience.
  • Review Adobe and Blender projects layer by layer before turning them in.
  • Treat public links, plugins and prices as information subject to change.
  • Use the document's prompts as adaptive briefs, not guarantees of results.

Credit, sources and quick verdict

The video and 30 tests are presented by Jack, from the Atomic Gains channel. The GPT-6 Astra Links & Prompts PDF, WRONG CABLE and DEAD BAND concepts, applications and original prompts are also credited to Atomic Gains. The video was published on September 16, 2026, the date used for this article.

The short answer is that GPT-6 Astra works better here as a project operator than as a standalone generator. He plans, writes code, uses the computer and coordinates tools. Higgsfield provides the generation layer and bridges for media, games and creative applications.

The most important result is not one of the 30 objects. It's the repeated pattern: an instruction can start research, asset creation, implementation, testing and delivery. Still, the creator shows errors, rejected results and incomplete prototypes. Ability to perform does not automatically mean quality.

How to connect GPT-6 Astra and Higgsfield

The video presents two routes. First, install the ChatGPT Desktop application, add the Higgsfield plugin and select GPT-6 Astra. In the second, open Higgsfield Supercomputer and choose Astra as the orchestration model. The level of effort can be adjusted to the complexity of the work.

The official documentation describes the division: Astra handles logic, code, reasoning and multi-step tasks; Higgsfield creates characters, props, environments, images, video and other assets; the plugin or MCP connects the two parts. For games, there is also a dedicated area in the Supercomputer.

Before running, set the approval mode. Use Ask before generating to choose voice, model, aesthetics and cost at each stage. Authorizing everything may be useful in a throwaway test, but it is a poor choice when there are credits, open software, client files, or external publishing.

Examples 1 to 5 · Commercial, website and camera interaction

01. Product commercial from a link. The creator provides a super greens page and asks for an ad of about 30 seconds in 16:9. Astra collects information, uses Higgsfield for product images and angles, creates storyboard, music, narration and montage. It is an end-to-end demonstration, not a validation of the product's commercial claims.

02. Website for the same product. A subsequent request reuses the ad assets and generates an interactive page. The scroll speed controls the reproduction of dust falling into the water and the original video integrates the page. The value is in the continuity between campaign and web experience.

03. 3D gallery for portfolio. Astra builds a navigable gallery with images, videos, sound and a virtual book. The user can upload files and share the experience through a link. It's a presentation format, not an automatic replacement for accessibility or conventional navigation.

04. Clay Pottery. The webcam follows your hands to shape virtual clay with shape, smooth, and cut tools. The document includes a public app. Camera, lighting, privacy and performance need testing on the end device.

05. Finger Motion Studio. From a reference video, Astra creates an experience that follows your finger to change images and uses a pinch gesture to lock the selection. The creator imagines museum installations as a possible application.

Examples 6 to 10 · 3D objects and interactive narratives

06. GameBoy 3D as a media player. A virtual console receives images and videos, switches between original color and classic green appearance and preserves controls inspired by the object. The creator himself notes that the perspective is wrong when moving the model.

07. WRONG CABLE. A 1983 CRT television receives five absurd channels treated with absolute seriousness, advertising, guide and a sixth hidden channel. Higgsfield generates clips and Astra builds the Three.js experience, controls, audio and Easter egg.

08. Field Note Guide. An illustrated notebook reveals image, video and sound when passing over the drawings. It's a light way to connect archive, storytelling and exploration without turning everything into a linear timeline.

09. DEAD BAND. A shortwave receiver hides clips at specific frequencies. Noise, video and audio respond to the dial, creating an analog horror experience. The full prompt defines progression, aesthetics, audio accessibility, and initial upload budget.

10. Tennis with integrated video. The game is simple, but a billboard in the stadium plays a video generated at Higgsfield. The case demonstrates generative media within a playable environment, more than tennis mechanics.

Examples 11 to 16 · Gesture games

11. Moon Bow. One hand holds the bow, the other pulls the string and opening the hand releases the arrow. There is a choice of dominant hand and graphic definition. The creator considers the result unstable but functional as a prototype.

12. FPS inspired by Doom. Pointing controls the aim, pinching fires and a D-pad handles movement. Higgsfield creates the assets. Gesture language needs calibration, tolerance and alternative input to be inclusive.

13. Hand-tilted ball maze. Hand position controls the slope of the ride after an initial calibration. The observed difficulty reminds us that a direct correspondence between gesture and physics does not always produce good gameplay.

14. Sprout Quest. A retro game inspired by creature adventures runs inside the 3D console, with exploration, dialogue, battle and music. One variant uses Higgsfield assets and a video introduction to reinforce the visual identity.

15. FernFlight. Astra creates a simple and addictive game of flying between obstacles in a floating forest. The document provides a public link. It's the best kind of initial test for mechanics: one action, immediate feedback, and few systems.

16. Prototypes with Unreal Engine. The set includes fist-powered claws, an eye- and face-guided camera, directional robot slashing, a rail shooter, and 2D boxing with dodging and punching. Unreal needs to be installed for demonstrated control, and each gesture requires testing for latency, fatigue, and false positives.

Examples 17 to 19 · Education and pre-production

17. Educational video about dinosaurs. Astra alone produces an informative piece with simple visuals. With Higgsfield creating assets, voice choice, stop motion cutout style and subtitles, the second version is finished. The test compares creator workflows, it does not establish an objective measurement.

18. Animation Style Lab. An application combines medium, era, movement language, visual characteristics, and subject matter. It then generates style name, description, master prompts, negative prompt, and image and video previews. It is an interface to explore a creative space in a systematic way.

19. Frame, the collaborative storyboard. A text originates wide, medium and insert shots. The team can edit scenes, add notes and approve shots. The benefit is to transform loose images into a process with state and shared decision.

Examples 20 to 24 · Plugins and creative software

20. Painting in Photoshop. Astra paints a tree from scratch and operates the program like a digital artist. The test is stopped early, so it demonstrates control of the process, not a final work comparable to completed professional work.

21. Image for editable Illustrator. An example found by the creator converts an image into a composition with thousands of paths. It is presented in the video as an external case; check the original source before using it as a technical reference.

22. Butterfly with 600 layers in Photoshop. Higgsfield says Astra worked about six hours. It is a company demonstration claim, not an independent benchmark. A high number of layers also does not guarantee organization or ease of editing.

23. Automated trailer in DaVinci Resolve and Premiere Pro. Astra generates assets in Higgsfield, imports, edits and renders a 40-second piece. The creator rejects the first version and asks for another. This cycle shows why autonomy needs direction and approval criteria.

24. Motion graphics in After Effects. A simple request produces a ten-second animation and delivers the editable project; another creates a more complex twenty-second version. Subsequent tests make objects, four videos and paper waves orbit the presenter with rotoscoping. The editable project file is as important as the render.

Examples 25 to 28 · Blender and 3D Jutsu

25. Reference video for Blender animation. Astra reconstructs a simple scene, including walk, joints and editable camera. The advantage is being able to change the point of view later, but fidelity must be evaluated against the original video.

26. Higgsfield 3D Jutsu. A description creates a scene and 3D animation up to 60 seconds into the test. The base renders are simple; The workflow can send motion to a video template and maintain editable files for Blender. The official page confirms that the workspace allows you to choose Astra and work in approved mode.

27. 2D illustration for 3D object. The system separates parts in depth and produces parallax, seeking to preserve style and texture. It's closer to a 2.5D layered composition than a perfect volumetric reconstruction.

28. Video for 3D layers. The same principle is applied to footage, separating elements into editable planes. The value is in camera remapping and composition; occlusions and never-filmed information continue to require invention or correction.

Examples 29 and 30 · Fictional worlds and space music

29. Bellweather Archive. Astra invents a 1950s New Zealand village submerged in 1959. Higgsfield creates photographs and videos, while the website brings together letters, documents, blueprints and history. As it is fiction with a documentary aesthetic, the page must clearly identify it so as not to create a false historical memory.

30. Sheet music as 3D performance. A request transforms a known musical composition into an interactive spatial experience. The example ends the video with a less literal direction: using song structure to drive form, movement, and navigation.

These two cases summarize Astra's strength: maintaining many types of assets and interactions within a system. They also summarize the risk: the more convincing the experience, the greater the obligation to clarify authorship, fiction, sources and rights.

Official plugins, requirements and what has been verified

Higgsfield documents integrations with Figma and FigJam, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Blender, Minecraft, and Higgsfield Gaming. The product pages explain that the results are displayed on the canvas, timeline or scene, depending on the application.

Premiere Pro and After Effects currently require version 2024 or higher according to the Help Center. The Blender plugin indicates version 5.1 or later. Photoshop requires 2024 or later. Always consult the specific page before installing, as these requirements may change.

Plugins use your Higgsfield plan balance. The documentation states that Unlimited and free generations are limited to the web platform. Confirm the presented cost before generating, especially in games, video, 3D and long tasks.

Costs, autonomy and operational security

Jack estimates spending about $100 on ChatGPT and $100 on Higgsfield during a week of experiments, including work omitted from the video. That describes his test, not the cost of 30 accepted outputs or a reproducible budget.

Before executing a long brief, ask for an estimate at three levels: functional prototype with placeholders, visual version with few assets and production version. Approve each pass separately. This reduces the risk of spending on media that will be discarded due to a mechanical or architectural failure.

Use one folder per project, naming conventions, versions, list of dependencies, licenses, and a generation log. When Astra works in Photoshop, After Effects, Resolve, Premiere, or Blender, keep backups and review editable files before replacing an approved version.

What the PDF contains, and what it doesn't contain

The Atomic Gains document is nine pages long. Includes two public applications and seven full prompts: Product Commercial from a Link, 3D Gallery, 3D GameBoy, WRONG CABLE, DEAD BAND, Archery Game, and Animation Style Lab.

The index page says eight prompts, but lists sections 02 through 08 and the body contains seven prompt blocks. This article follows the content actually present, does not silently correct the document to eight.

The prompts below are transcribed and organized from the user-supplied PDF, with minimal punctuation normalization to match the site's style. Replace placeholders, URLs and files. Instructions to publish, install, use a camera or spend credits should be treated as parts of the brief, not automatic authorization.

Recommended method for testing any of the 30 cases

1. Write result, audience and success criteria. 2. Identify software, plugins, data and permissions. 3. Ask for architecture and plan before executing. 4. Build with placeholders. 5. Mechanical, accessibility and performance testing. 6. Only approve paid assets later. 7. Generate a sample per category. 8. Integrate without publishing. 9. Review editable files and rights. 10. Only then do final deploy or export.

For webcam experiences, add consent, local or remote processing, active camera indicator, and gestureless alternative. For ads, validate claims and product identity. For documentary fiction, state that characters, locations, and files are invented.

The best question for Astra is can't you do this. It is: what is the minimum version that proves the main risk before we spend on finishing.

Prompt pack Atomic Gains · The 7 complete blocks of the PDF

Prompts organized in the order of the document provided. The text has been preserved in English for direct reuse, with typographical dashes replaced by simple punctuation. Edit placeholders and request plan, cost and approval before any generation or publication.

Prompt pack credit: Atomic Gains · GPT-6 Astra Links & Prompts.

1. Product Commercial from a Link

Deliver a product page and ask for planning, assets and assembly of an ad lasting around 30 seconds.

Your job is to make a ~30 second commercial, 16:9, about this product: [PRODUCT LINK]

You may use the images and product specs on that page for reference. Use Higgsfield to generate the content using whichever image or video generator you want, for the best result. If necessary, you may generate multiple clips and stitch them together for the 30 second commercial.
2. 3D Gallery

Builds a browsable portfolio of user images and videos.

Hey Astra, make me a website. It should render a 3D gallery I can navigate through that you'll build in Blender if possible. The gallery is filled with frames that contain all my videos and images (that I can upload to show them), as I want to be able to visualize all my video files on it. I want it so that the user can walk around the gallery to view all my content, like an interactive portfolio.
3. 3D GameBoy

Creates a 3D console that functions as a library and video player.

Hey Astra, make me an app. It should render a 3D GameBoy that you'll build in Blender (or use GPT Astra), then using the original GameBoy UI and interactions I want to be able to visualize all my video files on it.
4. WRONG CABLE TV Video Player

End-to-end brief for an interactive anthology across five channels and a hidden sixth channel.

You are building an interactive comedy anthology as a hosted website. Build it end-to-end: code, asset scaffolding, hosting, and a shareable URL. Ask questions only if the answer would change the build.

Concept
Title: WRONG CABLE
A wood-panelled 1983 CRT television sits in a dim living room. It's receiving a 5-channel cable package from a neighbouring reality. Every channel is a fully-produced, deadly serious TV show from a culture with slightly different priorities. The joke is never winked at: there are ad breaks, ratings bugs, and a programme guide.

The experience (single page)
1. LOAD: Room in near darkness. The TV switches on with a CRT bloom and a degauss "thunk", landing on channel 1 mid-programme. Small text on the TV's plastic bezel: "TURN THE DIAL".
2. THE CHANNEL KNOB: A chunky rotary channel selector on the TV's right side, 5 detents, rendered in Three.js with a satisfying mechanical click per detent (audio + a 1-frame picture roll). Drag to rotate, or scroll/arrow keys. Turning past 5 wraps to 1. This is the primary control.
3. THE VOLUME KNOB: Below it, a smaller volume knob. Turning it to zero brings up a burned-in "MUTE" caption in the wrong font.
4. CHANNELS: Each channel plays a looping clip with a persistent channel bug (bottom right) and a show ident card for the first 1.5 s after arrival. Clips are placeholders: /clips/ch01.mp4 ... ch05.mp4 (I'll supply 8-15 s files, 16:9, 1080p; handle 4:3 pillarboxing). Between channels: 0.4 s of static with a burst of the previous channel's audio.
5. THE SCHEDULE: If the visitor stays on a channel more than 20 s, it "goes to ad break": a 5 s ad clip from /ads/ad01-ad03.mp4 chosen at random, then resumes the show mid-loop. Ads run for products from the same reality.
6. CHANNEL 6: Doesn't exist on the dial. Turning the knob back and forth between 5 and 1 rapidly five times catches the TV between detents and lands on a sixth channel: black, a single test tone, then /clips/ch06.mp4 plays once. The knob is locked until it ends.
7. TV GUIDE: Pressing G (or a small "GUIDE" button on a remote sitting on the couch arm) overlays a scrolling 1980s cable-guide grid in blue with yellow text listing all 5 channels' shows with fake air times and one-line synopses. Purely decorative, but the synopses are the comedy.

The 5 channels (use these names, idents, and synopses in the guide)
1 HAMSTER COURT: daytime small-claims court. All litigants are hamsters. The judge is a very tired human man who has never once been surprised.
2 GRANDPA HORSE: multi-cam family sitcom. Grandpa is a horse. Nobody has noticed. Laugh track.
3 SANDWICH DETECTIVES: two hard-boiled detectives who are sandwiches. They keep getting partially eaten by witnesses.
4 MOTH NEWS: the evening news, read by moths, who keep drifting toward the studio lights mid-headline.
5 THE SAME CAR: nightly drama about a car parked in a car park. Nothing happens. It's the network's highest-rated show.
6 (hidden) YOUR ROOM: a static shot of a dim living room with a wood-panelled TV in it. The channel bug reads 6.

Ads (placeholder synopses for /ads)
A knob that does nothing ($19.99). A lawyer who specialises in hamster claims. A cereal that's mostly a warning.

Look and sound
Diegetic throughout: the page IS the TV. Warm, dusty living-room lighting from the CRT only. Post-process pass on the screen: barrel distortion, scanlines, slight colour bleed, phosphor glow. Show clips get an additional VHS-tracking wobble every ~15 s. Channel bugs in 1980s cable typography, slightly misaligned. Web Audio API: mains hum, CRT whine, mechanical knob clicks, per-channel audio ducking under static.

Technical
- Three.js scene for the TV + room + knobs, custom GLSL for CRT post-process. Vanilla JS.
- Mobile: touch-drag both knobs, clips playsinline, "tap for sound" as a label stuck to the TV bezel.
- Lazy-load; preload channels N+/-1 as the knob moves. Under 2.5 MB before first clip.
- 60 fps on a 2022 laptop; auto-degrade post-process on low-end devices.
- Host via Sites with a public URL, plus a zip of the source.

Also deliver
1. README listing every file I need in /clips and /ads with specs.
2. Tunable constants at the top of main.js: ad-break timer, static duration, channel-6 trigger count, and the channel list itself so I can add channels later without touching the scene code.
3. A prompt sheet: for each of the 6 channels and 3 ads, one 8-15 s Seedance 2.5 text-to-video prompt in a consistent 1980s cel-animation style (flat colours, limited palette, 12 fps look, slight cel misregistration), each ending with a burned-in show title ident. Keep character designs consistent within a show across loop, ad, and guide.

Build it, test it in a browser yourself, fix what breaks, then report.
5. DEAD BAND Radio Dial Video Player

Full brief for an analogue horror teaser controlled by a shortwave dial.

You are building an interactive film teaser as a hosted website. Build it end-to-end: code, assets scaffolding, hosting, and a shareable URL. Ask me questions only if the answer would change the build.

The film
Title: DEAD BAND
Logline: In 1987, a two-person crew at a decommissioned signals-intelligence station high in New Zealand's Southern Alps keeps logging a transmission on a frequency that was shut down in 1971. Genre: slow-burn analogue horror. Reference textures: 16mm grain, Sony Trinitron monitors, reel-to-reel tape, sodium-vapour lamps in snow, practical creature effects glimpsed not shown. No neon, no cyberpunk.

The experience (single page, no navigation)
1. LOAD: Black screen. A CRT "power on" bloom, then a full-screen static field (WebGL shader, not a video file). Faint text in monospace: "STATION KAIKOURA-7 // RECEIVER ONLINE // TUNE TO LISTEN".
2. THE DIAL: A large analogue tuning dial rendered in Three.js, bottom-centre, brushed metal with a frequency scale 3.0-30.0 MHz. The user drags horizontally (or scrolls / arrow keys) to tune. As they move, the static shader and audio noise change pitch and density. This is the ONLY control on the page.
3. HIDDEN CLIPS: Five frequencies are "live". Within +/-0.15 MHz of each, the static thins and a video clip bleeds through, locking cleanly when the user is within +/-0.03 MHz. Each clip plays with the frequency readout burned in, then dissolves back to static. Clips are placeholders for now: use /clips/clip_01.mp4 through clip_05.mp4 (I will drop in 6-10 s files, 16:9, 1080p). The five frequencies, in order of discovery difficulty: 7.42, 11.85, 4.19, 18.30, 26.66.
4. PROGRESSION: Found frequencies get a small scratched tick mark on the dial scale. After all five are found, the static collapses, the screen goes to black, and a final locked clip plays from /clips/clip_final.mp4 followed by the title card "DEAD BAND" and a single line: "Transmission continues 2027". No email capture, no buttons.
5. EASTER EGG: Tuning to exactly 0.00 (below the scale, requires dragging past the stop) plays 8 seconds of audio only: a voice reading station coordinates. Placeholder audio at /audio/zero.mp3.

Audio
Web Audio API. Generate the static procedurally (filtered noise, band-pass centre tracks the dial position). Layer a low 50 Hz mains hum. Clip audio ducks the noise bed. Autoplay-safe: audio initialises on the first drag.

Look
Everything is diegetic: the page IS the receiver. Add a subtle CRT curvature + scanline + chromatic-aberration post-process pass over the whole canvas. Monospace UI font only. Palette: black, phosphor amber, one desaturated cold blue for the snow clips. No rounded corners, no gradients, no drop shadows.

Technical
- Three.js + custom GLSL for static and post-processing. Vanilla JS, no framework.
- Mobile: touch drag on the dial, clips play inline (playsinline, muted fallback with a "tap for sound" prompt in-world as a label on the receiver).
- Target 60 fps on a 2022 laptop; degrade the post-process pass on low-end devices.
- Lazy-load clips; preload the next-nearest clip as the dial approaches it.
- Load under 2 MB before any clip.
- Host it via Sites with a public URL. Also give me a zip of the source.

Deliver
1. The live URL.
2. A README listing exactly which files I need to drop into /clips and /audio, with specs.
3. A short list of the tunable constants (frequencies, lock tolerance, static density) at the top of main.js so I can retune without touching shader code.

Build it, test it in a browser yourself, fix what breaks, then report.
6. Archery Game

First person game with two hands and arrow release by gesture.

Can you create a first person game where I have a bow and arrow and I have to shoot targets that appear. Use Higgsfield capabilities for asset development, and the controls must be gesture-based, so one of my hands is holding the bow while the other hand pulls back the string, and when I open that hand the arrow releases to where I'm pointing it.
