GPT-6 Astra and Images 2.5 · 50 Use Cases with Prompts

AI Samson brought together 50 experiences from the first week of GPT-6 Astra and ChatGPT Images 2.5, between robotics, real-time vision, Blender, games, design, video and science. This guide maintains companion order, credits each creator, distinguishes demonstration from proof, and adds a usable prompt for each case. At the end, there are also the ten complete prompts that the creator proposes to try without special hardware.

Quick Summary

  • Credit: Embedded video and companion The GPT-6 Fifty belong to AI Samson. The 50 examples continue to belong to the creators identified in each item, with the original posts gathered from the sources.
  • GPT-6 Astra was officially announced by OpenAI on September 3, 2026. The documentation presents it as the company's model for complex end-to-end work, with computer use, search, code, documents, tools, and MCP.
  • ChatGPT Images 2.5 was announced on September 8, 2026. OpenAI highlights better reference fidelity, localized editing, consistency across multiple changes, and up to 50% lower latency than Images 2.0.
  • In the API, Flare is the recommended option for volume and speed; Sunburst is intended for premium work that benefits from greater precision and accepts more generation time.
  • The 50 cases are creator tests from the first week. They showcase emerging possibilities and interfaces, but are not a substitute for repeatable benchmarks, complete costs, design files, or independent validation.
  • Seven cases include a prompt published in the companion. In the rest, the creator did not publish the prompt; This article provides a clearly identified JQ VISIONS proposal to reproduce the objective with its own assets and human validation.
  • The most repeated combination is Astra as director and executor of tasks, Images 2.5 as a visual layer, specialized software as a work environment and a person to approve objectives, risks and results.
  • The correction about Zelda is essential: the images seen in the introduction were official footage, not a game created with Astra. The Legend of Astra by @lofihashbloom is a separate prototype made with Astra, Unity, Blender and Tripo.
  • The Navier-Stokes example also needs precision: the proof was produced by an in-house model that OpenAI says is significantly more capable than Astra. GPT-6 Astra participated in formalization and verification in Lean for another 17 hours.
  • The pack includes 50 practice prompts, one for example, and ten complete AI companion Samson prompts for 3D bookshelf, Sketch, font, slides, stop motion, identity, storyboard, local DNA, Blender room, and 2D game.

--what to try first

  • Choose a verifiable result, not just a stunning effect.
  • Give the agent minimum tools, files, and permissions for the task.
  • Use your own or licensed assets in games, fonts, video and characters.
  • Test robotics and physical control in simulation before hardware.
  • Ask for human checkpoints before irreversible or expensive actions.
  • In video analytics, measure errors, not just successful detections.
  • For Images 2.5, explicitly say what can and cannot change.
  • Generate a visual reference before asking Astra to build the interface.
  • Treat health, DNA and anatomy as education, not diagnosis.
  • In science, demand literature, uncertainty, and expert review.
  • Store prompts, versions, costs, assets and acceptance criteria.
  • Consider each demo a starting point, not a guarantee of production.

Credit, method and limits of this list

AI Samson published the video on September 11, 2026 and offered the free companion The GPT-6 Fifty. This article uses this companion, the public transcript, the YouTube description, the creators' original posts, and the official OpenAI pages.

The order from 01 to 50 follows the companion. When there is a published prompt, the pack identifies it. When none exists, the prompt was written for this guide and should not be attributed to the original creator.

Many publications are short clips and reports from the authors themselves. Without repository, configuration, attempt count and independent testing, the correct conclusion is that the workflow was demonstrated, not that it will always work the same way.

Some cases touch on surveillance video, biometrics, DNA, medicine, copyright or physical control. Only use authorized data and assets, maintain human review and comply with applicable legislation.

What has officially changed in Astra and Images 2.5

OpenAI describes GPT-6 Astra as its most capable model for complex end-to-end work. In the API, the name is gpt-6-astra, with support for web search, file search, image generation, code interpreter, shell, apply patch, skills, computer use, MCP and tool search.

The main reading for these examples is operational. Astra is not just a text box: it can observe software, manipulate files, use tools, write code, test and continue a multi-step process.

Images 2.5 improves people and landmark preservation, lighting, texture, selective editing, and multi-turn consistency. OpenAI claims a latency reduction of up to 50% compared to Images 2.0 and provides Sketch, templates, localized comments and prompt sharing.

Flare is touted as the default choice for volume and speed. Sunburst trades speed for additional control in detailed editing. This explains why many cases use Images 2.5 to draw, edit or maintain assets and Astra to build the system around them.

01 to 05 · Robots that see, learn and draw

01. @cdngdev connected a robotic arm, a brush and a camera. The system painted the Golden Gate Bridge in real paint and corrected brush strokes through visual feedback.

02. @_wenlixiao showed learning by demonstration: the robot watches a person perform a task once and tries to reproduce the sequence.

03. @thermalpastor presented two robots juggling a ball in a physical simulation at normal speed. The value is in coordination, timing and contact, not just rendering.

04. @earthtojake used Astra to design a tendon-powered robotic hand. The case combines geometry, joints, forces and fabrication into an integrated mechanical problem.

05. @MecAgent showed Astra operating SolidWorks and designing a part. It is computer use applied to CAD, with the model navigating the software instead of just returning textual instructions.

06 to 10 · Hardware, cameras and 3D reconstruction

06. @Peter05704721 presented a drone that Astra helps to design, build and fly through his own vision. In a real project, simulation, geofencing, fail-safe and human authorization are requirements, not extras.

07. @theartificialintelligence turned a camera into a console, writing the game and connecting the physical buttons to the software. The creator prompt has been published and is preserved in the pack.

08. @LinusEkenstam photographed a bookshelf and obtained a searchable 3D version, with the books identified and linked to Goodreads.

09. @LinusEkenstam reconstructed a studio in Blender from five photographs and three panoramas. Utility depends on scale, perspective alignment, and dimensional validation.

10. @axultan converted a video clip into an editable Blender scene with characters, setting, camera and environment. To reuse the idea, only work with your own footage, licensed or in the public domain.

11 to 15 · Sports, tracking and structured video

11. @AlexBodner_ used Astra to anticipate Messi's next move. The correct reading is probabilistic prediction about video, not certainty about human intent.

12. @skalskip92 demonstrated basketball tracking with players, ball and possession. The useful output is an auditable time series, not just boxes drawn over the image.

13. @thearificialintelligence reconstructed a football game with player, passing, possession and pressure data. The prompt published in the companion is included in the pack.

14. @theartificialintelligence turned warehouse CCTV into data about people, boxes and carts. Any real use requires legal basis, limited retention, data minimization, and human review before charging anyone.

15. @theartificialintelligence recreated Canelo against GGG in Blender, move by move, to study the strikes. Use authorized footage and treat reconstruction as an error-prone approximation.

16 to 20 · Body, Sketch, animation and education

16. @theartificialintelligence created a webcam app that superimposes muscles on the moving body. It is an educational visualization, not a medical reading of individual anatomy.

17. @thearificialintelligence converted the phone into a virtual camera within Blender and used the captured motion to guide later rendering.

18. @OpenAI demonstrated Sketch: a simple drawing becomes a final image while maintaining pose and composition. The instruction must separate style invariants that can be reinterpreted.

19. @derrickcchoi generated 96 consistent frames of a pelican on a bicycle and assembled them as stop motion. The main test is accumulated drift throughout the sequence.

20. @DeryaTR_ created ten immunology slides that an immunologist praised. Visual finishing does not require reviewing content, references and accessibility.

21 to 25 · Design systems, fonts and storyboards

21. @bogdan_qclay combined Images 2.5 and Astra to get a complete design suite from a single instruction. Consistency between pieces is more important than the quality of an isolated mockup.

22. @op7418 made a 2D platformer with sprite sheets designed by Images 2.5. The workflow separates visual creation, animation rules, collision and game implementation.

23. @maxescu transformed poster lettering into a functional typeface in 13 minutes. You should only convert lettering for which you have rights or authorization.

24. @nickbaumann_ showed Astra driving and Images 2.5 painting in a unique sequence. The division of roles is replicable: one model plans, the other maintains the visual language.

25. @EHuanglu took an idea from one line to storyboard, casting and final scene. Character sheets approved before plans reduce late changes.

26 to 30 · Games, playable worlds and performance

26. @RealFedeURU built a motion shooter from a prompt. For production, first define the loop, controls, feel metrics, and a small vertical slice.

27. @mindblown_ai created a football game that runs in the browser. Safe reproduction of the idea uses original teams, brands, models and audio.

28. @mindblown_ai built a racing game in two days with city, police and day and night cycles. The number of integrated systems is more revealing than the similarity to a well-known franchise.

29. @builtbysketch remade Paperboy, with models created in Blender and rendering in the browser. The transferable pattern is to generate assets, optimize polygons and export to a WebGL runtime.

30. @marc_ibrahim used Astra to improve the execution of Age of Empires IV on a Mac, from around 8 to up to 150 fps according to the creator test. Compatibility, licensing, DRM and stability continue to require independent validation.

31 to 35 · Authorized porting, agents and WebGL

31. @ssbmSc00p automated the adaptation of Smash Ultimate fighters to Melee. The technique of mapping rigs, animations and formats should only be applied to assets that you can legally modify and distribute.

32. @CtrlAltDwayne rebuilt The Simpsons Hit and Run for the browser from a PS2 disc. The exercise demonstrates reverse engineering, but licenses and anti-circumvention vary by jurisdiction.

33. @sharifshameem showed Astra solving 48 levels of a game called I'm Not a Robot. Do not use this pattern to bypass CAPTCHAs or real access controls.

34. @wuyang_zhou asked Astra to play Minecraft at night and mine a diamond. It is an example of a persistent agent with objective, perception, memory and failure recovery.

35. @LexnLin built a forest with 3,808 trees and 2.5 million tufts of grass in the browser in five hours. Instancing, levels of detail and profiling continue to determine performance.

36 to 40 · Unreal, music, montage and ComfyUI

36. @onofumi_AI used Astra to build an Unreal village as a navigable world, not just a background. The change is from generating images to creating a space where stories can happen.

37. @ChrisGPT invested around 90 hours in a Miami-inspired open world. Bridges, water, traffic, weather, and flight show systems integration, although production completion will require much more testing.

38. @timourxyz posted a direct prompt for Astra to run Ableton Live and produce a track. The original prompt is in the pack; rights to samples and level review remain with the user.

39. @ForwardEditor showed Astra editing in DaVinci Resolve and stated that the result surpassed his own editing work of 20 years. It's the creator's opinion, not an editing benchmark.

40. @comfyui turned a gray Blender blockout into a finished anime street in less than a minute. Geometry provides composition and the visual model provides treatment.

41 to 45 · Advertising, livestream and body visualization

41. @EXM7777 presented autonomously generated five-minute ads in 4K 60. A serious evaluation must count render time, cost, revisions, branding errors and seconds actually approved.

42. @DilumSanjaya animated 2D schematics that unfold in 3D. It is useful for explaining assembly, architecture and engineering when each step respects the original geometry.

43. @axultan launched a potentially infinite AI livestream that reached 30 thousand viewers in an hour according to the companion. Moderation, rights, repetition and execution costs are part of the product.

44. @tervisscoot presented the male body separated into 2,234 pieces in one minute. The demo suggests interactive atlases, but names, relationships, and anatomy need a validated medical source.

45. @thebuggeddev viewed the effects of smoking over 20 years in the browser. An educational simulation should show assumptions and ranges, never predict a person's clinical future.

46 to 50 · Medicine, DNA, proteins and mathematics

46. @ZentrixHQ linked diagram, 3D organ and CT scan into an interface for medical students. Real clinical data requires anonymization, access control and institutional oversight.

47. @VladAladin converted a DNA file into an interactive body atlas overnight. Genetic associations are probabilistic; They do not equate to diagnosis and may expose sensitive family information.

48. @DeryaTR_ showed the design of a protein that does not exist in nature in nine minutes. Predicted structure does not prove stability, function, safety or experimental feasibility.

49. @dzhng created a game where NPCs are controlled by a simulation of the fruit fly connectome with 166 thousand neurons. It is a playful translation of neuroscientific data, not a complete replica of the organism.

50. @OpenAI announced a proposed solution for Navier-Stokes. The test was generated by an internal model more capable than Astra; then, formalization and verification in Lean took another 17 hours with GPT-6 Astra. Independent mathematical review remains the litmus test.

The Zelda Fix and the Border of Rights

AI Samson publicly corrected the introduction: the Zelda clip was official footage and not a project created with Astra. The explanation was removed from the middle of the video, but the clip remained at the beginning.

The Legend of Astra by @lofihashbloom is a separate prototype. According to the creator, it combines Astra with Unity, Blender and Tripo. It should not be used as a retroactive subtitle for official footage.

The same discipline applies to games, films, fonts and well-known characters. Studying a workflow does not grant rights to assets, brands, music or code. To try it out, replace protected references with your own, licensed or public domain material.

Five patterns that are worth more than any demo

First, an agent becomes more useful when it enters the software where the work happens. SolidWorks, Blender, Unreal, Ableton, and DaVinci are environments with state, tools, and verifiable feedback.

Second, vision closes the loop. The system observes a video, screen, simulation or camera, takes action, observes again and corrects. This difference separates a generator from adaptive automation.

Third, Images 2.5 works better as an asset system than as an isolated image. Character sheets, sprites, identities, storyboards, and localized edits create consistent raw material for another application.

Fourth, ambitious projects need decomposition. A game or film is not born from a sentence: the agent transforms the intention into assets, logic, tests, corrections and packaging.

Fifth, verification is part of creation. In CAD, sports, health, science and mathematics, a plausible result can still be wrong. Criteria, tests and experts must be in the loop.

A reusable workflow for Astra plus Images 2.5

1. Define the deliverable and acceptance testing. Instead of asking for a pretty application, ask for an application that opens, responds to three concrete actions, and preserves certain data.

2. Deliver authorized references and mark invariants. List what must remain the same, what can vary, and what must be approved before moving forward.

3. Use Images 2.5 to create or edit the visual system. Choose Flare for fast iteration and Sunburst when editing precision warrants more time.

4. Ask Astra for a plan before execution. The plan must indicate tools, files, risks, checkpoints, predictable costs and completion criteria.

5. Take it in small steps. Approve assets and structure before generating dozens of variations, controlling hardware or changing a large project.

6. Keep evidence. Record prompt, model, version, duration, costs, rejected outputs and approval reasons. Without this, the demo does not turn into a repeatable process.

Verdict: the breakthrough is in the combination

The list is deliberately exuberant, but the trend is real: a reasoning and computer use model can coordinate specialized tools, while a visual model maintains references and performs precise edits.

The best examples do not eliminate experts. They give them a quick performer for tasks that were previously too time-consuming, small or interdisciplinary to justify the effort.

Start with the ten quick prompts, then choose one of the 50 cases that has legitimate data and assets to test. The goal is not to imitate the clip, but to convert the idea into a workflow that you can measure, review and repeat.

50 prompts per case + 10 experiences for today

The first 50 prompts follow companion order. Seven preserve the published prompt; the rest are JQ VISIONS proposals inspired by the result and include practical limits. The final ten were published by AI Samson in the free companion and are kept in English to preserve the original wording.
