A mosaic of real logos
A short Python script packs the logos from the branding reel into one atlas and gives every tile of a grid over the portrait the logo whose brightness is closest to that spot, never repeating a neighbour.

The intro film for this site's about page. Logos from João's branding work cut on the beat, and the camera pulls back through a wall of them until it reads as his portrait, which develops into the photo beside the page's title.

One tile to the whole wall
The last card of the run is the tile on the eye. The camera pulls back in log space, so the zoom reads at an even speed, and as the colour drains each tile is drawn at lower contrast over its own tone until the wall reads as a face.

Develop into the photo
From the eye outwards every tile flips over and its back is the photo, which lands where the page puts it, beside the title. The score is composed in code.
